Cherry Parker is the Vice President of Human Resources overseeing both the Human Resources and Learning and Development departments at EFW. She resides in Richmond, VA and is located at the corporate office. Cherry has been with EFW since 2011, working in multiple HR roles that have allowed her to develop diverse skills and expertise in her field. Prior to EFW, she worked at Cox Communications in San Diego, CA and Micron Technology in Boise, ID. She has a passion for developing other human resource practitioners and leaders, establishing policies and processes, implementing process improvements, and promoting community outreach. Cherry helps foster an employee-centric culture at EFW to build and retain an engaged workforce.
