Become a Driver for EFW

Our drivers need a valid Class A CDL license and must meet these qualifications:

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or General Educational Degree (GED)
  • Must be at least 25 years of age
  • Must meet all DOT requirements and qualifications
  • Must have at least 2 years of recent consecutive and verifiable commercial driving experience
  • Ability to operate tractor-trailer with manual transmission
Driver Opportunities

EFW Experience Program

Upcoming college graduates, recent college graduates, or those in the workforce for 1-3 years are encouraged to apply for acceptance into our Experience Program. With two program sessions yearly, the Experience Program is a completely immersive, operationally focused program. Selected applicants will learn all aspects of Freight Forwarding operations and come away with a solid knowledge of Freight Forwarding operations and a kick-start to their career at EFW.
