Paul is a visionary leader in the field of International Supply Chain Logistics, with over 24 years of experience in the industry. He started his career in 1997 by founding Superior Brokerage Services Inc (SBS), a small export freight forwarding operation that grew under his guidance into a full-service global supply chain provider with over 470 employees and offices in all major US container hubs. In 2023, Paul demonstrated his strategic thinking and commitment to growth by merging SBS into the Estes Forwarding Worldwide (EFW) network, where he now serves as the Executive Vice President, Supply Chain.
Outside of his professional achievements, Paul leads an active lifestyle alongside his wife of 38 years, Annette. Together, they enjoy skiing, powersports, boating, and the occasional round of golf, showcasing his ability to balance work and personal interests.
