Shawn Ross currently oversees EFW Warehousing- West, with locations in Tacoma, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Rancho Dominguez, El Paso, Dallas, Minneapolis, and Atlanta. With over 30 years of industry experience, Shawn has worked in warehousing, manufacturing, domestic transportation, drayage, 3PL operations, and logistics. In 2008, Shawn transitioned into 3PL warehousing after starting his warehouse career as an assembly worker building chairs while attending Highline College. He was later promoted to shipping and receiving lead, followed by becoming an Operations Manager for a dedicated warehouse. In his current role, Shawn continues to excel in managing warehousing operations.
When not traveling, Shawn enjoys boating on the Puget Sound with his wife, three kids, and two grandchildren.
