Estes Forwarding Worldwide (EFW) has launched a new digital payment platform designed to provide our customers with the ability to view, search, and pay invoices online. The platform is powered by Billtrust, a leading national provider of digital financial services and technology.
This new cloud-based platform offers our customers more flexibility in managing account history and payments. EFW customers will have the opportunity to pay invoices online through secure electronic funds transfer (ACH) or via credit card. All credit card payments will now include a surcharge.
